8/28/06- Sorry its been a long time since we updated the site. Its just so much easier to show news
on the Myspace. Ok, Cornerstone is now in an organization where its mission is to promot local music. This organization is
called the MSBA. We are playing at the Labor Day Festival this year.

4/16/06- EMERGENZA was an awesome Experience, Cornerstone came in second
to Hey Heidi-Rae who moved on to the finals in South Carolina. Cornerstone played and amazing set which
included their newest song "Dreamland" the Title track from there upcomming release "Dreamland".
At the end of the night, the remaining bands in the top four gathered on stage awaiting
their fate, and one after one bands were booted off the stage until the only two bands that where left where Cornerstone
and Hey Heidi-Rae. Ultimatly Hey Heidi-Rae won and we left with out dignity, but we didnt
completely loose, Cornerstones Own Brandon Hudson walked off with Best Guitarist,
and a custom John Petrucci Modle OLP Musicman guitar.
4/15/06- Cornerstone Just played an amazing show at The Place in Collierville
with Germantown local, MEADOWVALE. With a special guest and returing stage manager "Phil",
Cornerstone Left the night with the crowd wanting more. On the Favorite Song "Mind is Shot" Joel (Frontman
of Meadowvale) jumped on stage along side cornerstone and sang The song with them. The band had this
to say about Meadowvale, "This band, wow...they are good, if they work hard and get everything together,
they could have best music ever." Said Hudson. "If you ask me, they have already achieved musicial Glory..."
Said Fout. "Joel, he has a damn good voice, and it was an honor to have him come on stage and sing
with us.." Hein said
4/14/06- Cornerstone was in the playbook yesterday, to view it simply go to the Historys page and there
it is....
2/14/06- Welcome to the new and much improved CORNERSTONE website...there
are very few interactive parts to this website at the moment but there will be many many great things
for you to do here really soon so keep checkin back in...
11/7/05- Great and amazing news guys, the band is now entered into two things...Christ United
Methodist's NITRO which is yet another contest, possibly The Germantown Talent Show, and definatly EMERGENZA
in which we will be playing along side some of the great local memphis bands...Including 7$ Sox, Embrium, Submerged
Truth, and The Bad Day Andys...In other news The band went back into the studio to record there new demo, which has
gained a very large fan base including people from illinois. The Demo is intitled "Detour". The tracks
include:
1) Shallow
2) Your Release
3) Mind Is Shot
4) Train Ride
Keep an eye out for that, and check out the myspace for band blogs, and show updates..take it easy guys....
